Beachcomber Tours was established in South Africa as the marketing arm of the prominent Mauritian leisure group, Beachcomber Hotels. The group currently operates eight premier resorts on Mauritius with accommodation ranging from four star to five-star deluxe.  Situated along the most beautiful beaches of the island, the eight Beachcomber hotels reflect the group's philosophy of high quality, personal service and attention to detail.

A strong emphasis is placed on the varying architectural nature of each property and the diversity of their management teams. The common thread of Beachcomber hospitality however, is evident in all hotels throughout the range.

Le Mauricia / 4 star

Le Mauricia is ideally situated along the best beach of the fashionable and lively seaside resort of Grand Bay.  Cosy and convivial with great family style hospitality, Le Mauricia is a popular Mauritian hotel. A great favourite with young couples, families, diving fanatics, singles and lovers of the nightlife.

Le Canonnier / 4 star

This hotel is on a prime Grand Bay property, perched on a peninsula with two beaches each offering a different view. The site is of great historical significance in Mauritius. The old lighthouse now serves as a venue for the mini-club and the wellness centre has been built in the branches an ancient Banyan tree.

Le Victoria / 4 star Superior  

This is an attractive international resort, known for its spacious accommodation and opulent public areas. A main feature is the modern design of the lobby, lounge, bar and restaurant areas.  The rooms are among the largest and most luxurious on the island in the four star category. This is an ideal hotel for families as most rooms can accommodate two adults and two children. Family apartments are also available with a separate room for the children. 

Trou Aux Biches / 4 star Superior

One of the favourites in the Beachcomber group, this hotel emerged as one of the most exciting and well designed resorts in Mauritius.  Its two kilometre beach is one of the finest on the island and the new layout will feature luxury suites edging onto the waterfront. Rooms are located in six pavilions each of which has its own swimming pool.  Two and three bedroom villas are a popular choice for families.

Shandrani Resort and Spa / 5 star 

Shandrani is a five-star fully inclusive resort on the South Coast of Mauritius. The tariff includes all food, drinks, sports and entertainment, previously considered extras. Shandrani has become well known for its spacious accommodation and superb facilities. Appealing to families are apartments and inter-leading rooms to cater for this market sector. Five restaurants offer different dining experiences and food styles. Shandrani is an ideal venue for conference and incentive groups.

Paradis is one of the most luxurious hotels in Mauritius.
