Introducing Cape Town Convention Centre

The Foreshore of Cape Town is situated along the harbour in Cape Town.  Many restaurants, bars, shops, hotels, the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) as well as headoffices of large companies can be found here.  The Foreshore of Cape Town is located adjacent to the city centre.

The Foreshore is an area of land which was reclaimed from the sea in the 1930s and 1940s. Notable landmarks are the Cape Town International Convention Centre ( CTICC ), the Railway Station, the Civic Center, the Artscape Theatre, the War Memorial, as well as the statues of Jan van Riebeeck and his wife Maria de la Queillerie.
