The Umbhaba offers guests accommodation in spacious and well-appointed rooms and provides them access to all of the lodge facilities. Umbhaba with the famous Kruger National Park as its neighbour, as well as a host of other uniquely African tourist attractions such as the scenic God’s Window and the magnificent Bourke’s Luck Potholes.

Accommodation is in the form of 30 luxury temperature-controlled suites tastefully decorated to reflect the African bush. All the rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens and water features and include a private patio or balcony.

The Panorama Route is one of South Africa's most visited regions due to the majestic landscapes of the different sceneries found here. The Kruger National Park offers the opportunity for exceptional wildlife viewing, while the many attractions surrounding the quaint town of Hazyview offer travellers beautiful places to visit.

The family suites are very spacious, featuring a king-size bed for the parents and two three-quarter beds for the children. These offer families an ideal accommodation option during their stay. The balconies and private patios of selected rooms invite guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the natural surroundings while relaxing with a sundowner.

Guests enjoy convenient services, including airport transfers and tour bookings. Services at the lodge include tailor-made conference packages and team building activities, and the whole wedding experience complete with a lakeside outdoor chapel.

Conference packages at the lodge in Mpumalanga can be customised to suit, be it an intimate group of 12 or a significant event of up to 155, with the option of including spouses and partners. Various team-building activities, including laser sports, wall climbing and fire dancing, can be integrated into the program.

This lodge is an ideal luxury safari wedding venue, particularly in the winter months when the days and evenings are pleasant. Ceremonies take place outdoors, in the lakeside chapel that seats up to 100 guests, and receptions follow in the Ingwe function venue or restaurant. Guests and family members are accommodated in luxury suites, and the bridal couple is offered the Induna Honeymoon Suite, a three-level haven complete with a private patio and a Jacuzzi.
