Holiday Inn Express V&A Waterfront (opening May 2012) Cape Town

The Holiday Inn Express V&A Waterfront hotel, which is planned to open in May 2012, will provide affordable, modern accommodation in heart of South Africa's most visited destination, Cape Town.

This new hotel forms part of the ISO Leisure Holdings (Pty) Ltd which will be launching its sixth Holiday Inn Express Hotel in South Africa, located at the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town.

The three-star hotel will bring modern and affordable comfort to the area, which has traditionally been populated with predominantly four and five-star accommodation options.

Guest will find a more affordable accommodation option, without having to compromise on comfort. Also the hotel is ideally situated to offer guests instant access to the V&A Waterfront shopping and leisure experience.  The Holiday Inn Express offering has taken affordable and limited service hotel accommodation to new levels throughout South Africa.

Operated and managed by ISO Leisure Hotels (Pty) Ltd, this new development will cost in the region of R250-million and stimulate further employment in the Western Cape. The hotel will offer 222 rooms, all of which will be equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi access and satellite TV, as well as a conference facility which will accommodate up to 150 people.

The new hotel is part of the $1-billion global relaunch of the Holiday Inn brand family, announced in October 2007, to create a more contemporary brand image, increase quality and drive consistency across over 3,300 hotels around the world.
