On our arrival one of the Rooms was still not available. The lady who was on duty promised to come back to me after fifteen minutes which she never did. I had to call them again after five hours and when I asked why she never came back to me I was told that she has forgotten.
Our first morning at your restaurant I was told that I need to pay for my Breakfast by the White Lady who was welcoming the guests I think she is a Supervisor or your Restaurant Manager. “SHE WAS VERY RUDE ON US”
