Brenaissance Wine and Stud Estate, experience a little piece of heaven nestled away in Stellenbosch Winelands. Surround yourself with nature, hear the specialised Boran cows lowing in the pasture and wandering inbetween the vines as you stay in the hotel either in the stand-alone luxury suite; with the comfortable King Size Bed draped in percale linen with beautiful mountain views or one of the eight Vineyard suites.
Take a walk around the plum orchards and listen as the birds of the Devon Valley sing. Participate in a tasting of the estates' wines followed by a meal at the on-site restaurant, Café Blanc De Noir where you can enjoy a variety of local dishes and munch on their well-known pizzas accompanied by the locally made craft beers.
Brenaissance Hotel is close to several world-renowned wines, and adjacent to Kyburg Wine Estate, Clos Malverne and J.C Le Roux; all who offer wine tasting to visitors, so you do not need to travel far to taste more wine! It is only 6km outside of the pretty town of Stellenbosch which prides itself on local produce and craft markets. You can go for a walk around the botanical gardens in the centre of the village, or the more adventurous can hike in the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve or between October and December have a delicious day strawberry picking.
Have a round at the 18-hole championship Devonvale Golf club, just 5km away from Brenaissance Wine and Stud Estate and is worth a visit for those keen to pass the day on the greens.
