Spa facilities

• A Fitness Center with views of Cape Town while you work out on the gym equipment
• A steam room, sauna, foot bath, and hot slabs
• The indoor heated pool overlooking the bay
• An award-winning spa with 16 treatment rooms, offers you a variety of spa services, including therapeutic, regenerative and luxurious facial and body treatments

Policies:

• Guest between the ages of 12 and 17 entering and using Arabella Spa facilities requires parental consent and supervision.
• Children under 11 may not use the spa facilities including the swimming pool and Jacuzzi regardless of parental consent and oversight.
• Lockers are available, and all guests using facilities must sign the guest register at reception.
• No glass objects in the Spa.

When using the Fitness Center please:

• wear appropriate clothing and non-marking footwear
• wipe all machines after use
• do not move any machines without asking the duty Fitness Consultant
• ask to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before using the Fitness Centre if you are out of condition or not used to working out
• be aware that personal training is available subject to availability.

When using the sauna and steam room:

• shower before entering
• Note that bathing suits are not permitted - only the Roman skirts supplied by Arabella Spa.
• Sit or lie on a towel if you are not in a Roman dress
• have a refreshing shower before re-entering if you feel any distress
• be aware that a time limit of 12 to 15 minutes.
• Note that nudity is optional in the Hotspur only

Gym

The hotel features a fully equipped gym with magnificent views.  It next to the spa; the gym provides high-tech equipment.

Swimming

The hotel has a magnificent indoor swimming pool which is next to the gym and the wellness centre on the top floor.  

With windows which reach from the floor to the ceiling, this modern designed swimming pool provides breathtaking views over the V&A Waterfront, the Cape Town city centre and Table Mountain.

Conference / Meeting Rooms

Featuring the largest and most sophisticated conference facilities in Cape Town with state-of-the-art technology, luxurious accommodation, and various dining venues, the internationally acclaimed Westin is one of South Africa's premier conference, meeting, and banqueting venues. 

The hotel is directly linked to the Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC) and can accommodate conferences for up to 605 guests in the Grand Ballroom, with an additional ten meeting rooms between two floors that can seat from 8 to 65 delegates. 

The Grand Ballroom can be subdivided into Ballroom East and Ballroom West, each side seating up to 205 guests banquet-style. Standard conferencing equipment, as well as business services, are available.
