Apartment 1 – First Floor

Apartment 1 offers four stylish en-suite bedrooms, with flexible King or Twin bed configurations. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas open onto a private balcony with sweeping views of the City skyline and Atlantic Ocean.

The apartment includes undercover parking for two standard vehicles (not suitable for minibuses or larger vehicles). As part of our sustainability program, the property is 100% off-grid, powered by solar, inverters, and back-up generators to ensure a seamless stay during loadshedding.

Bedrooms

• Bedrooms 1, 2 & 4 – En-suite with bath and walk-in shower, private balcony with Atlantic Ocean and skyline views.
• Bedroom 3 – En-suite with walk-in shower, with views of Signal Hill and surrounding streets.

All bedrooms feature Netflix-enabled TVs, digital safes, air conditioning, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, vanity mirrors, hairdryers, emergency lighting, and generous storage.

Apartment 2 features four luxurious en-suite bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows onto a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and City skyline.
