The on-site Fitness Centre is fully equipped and is staffed by a professional fitness team.

A studio with stunning views of the surrounding mountains which is home to Yoga, Pilates and Stretch classes. One on one sessions are available to all the Retreat guests, alongside guided early morning walks and mountain biking through the Cape Winelands. 

Swimming

Two swimming pools are available to guests; a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool within in the luscious garden and lawns of Santé.

Bio Energy

Santé Wellness Retreat & Spa has introduced the Bio Energy Centre which blends the timeless wisdom of the ancient philosophies using magnetic fields, colour, light and crystals with modern science using electromagnetic waveforms.

The Deluxe Suite is a spacious 125 sqm and features a luxurious lounge and study area within an air-conditioned space. The perfectly appointed ensuite bathroom provides a double walk-in shower, a beautiful crystal chandelier and a velvet wing back chair.

Only natural ingredients of the highest quality, specifically created for Santé, provide luxurious room amenities for you to enjoy. Tailor-made linen and gowns have been created for each suite and your personal comfort. All suites have in-room water fridges, televisions, in-room safes and complimentary wi-fi.

The Retreat Suites offer either a king size bed or two deluxe double beds and air-conditioning units, with each space individually decorated with close attention to detail, each having a balcony, offer a spacious (70sqm) and luxuriously appointed room. Individual character and personal touches have gone into each suite with custom made furniture, objet d’art and artworks collected with love by the owners over several years combines creating a luxurious, yet welcoming sanctuary for every guest.
