Rasoi by Vineet - One&Only Le Saint Geran

Rasoi by Vineet at the One&Only Le Saint Geran serves contemporary Indian cuisine created by the Michelin-star chef; Vineet Bhatia.

Vinnet Bhatia's London Chelsea restaurant was named "Indian Restaurant of the Year" only a year after it first opened. Rasoi is located on the water's edge with views over the mountains, sugar-cane fields and the private lagoon. The restaurant features a wood-fired oven and an open Tandoor.

A constantly changing tasting menu is available while the a la carte menu features modern interpretations of classic Indian dishes. The resident sommelier conducts regular wine and food pairing dinners.
