The Pavilion

The Pavilion Restaurant offers an elegant dining experience to guests. Ocean views, contemporary decor and a well-stocked wine cellar complement the modern tastes that are influenced by international and local cuisine. This restaurant is open for dinner five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday, open every morning for breakfast and closed for dinner during winter from mid April to mid August.

Seafood

The Seafood Restaurant offers diners a relaxed dining atmosphere where fresh seafood creations can be enjoyed for lunch and dinner.

The Sun Lounge

The Sun Lounge has a welcoming, warm decor that creates a comfortable setting for casual drinks and afternoon tea. In the evenings, the finest selection of cocktails, South African wines, and champagne can be enjoyed here.

The outdoor heated swimming pool at The Marine Luxury Hotel in Hermanus is salt-chlorinated. Towels are provided for use around the pool area and an outside shower is available.  During the day a waiter is present to assist with lunch, beverage and cocktail orders.

Directions

Directions from Cape Town International Airport to the Marine Hotel and Spa:
1. From Cape Town International Airport follow the N2 east to Somerset West.
2. Proceed along the N2 over Sir Lowreys Pass, through Elgin and the Houwhoek Pass.
3. At the bottom of Houwhoek Pass take the Hermanus R43 turnoff to the left.
4. Continue along the R43 to Hermanus. Once in Hermanus turn right at the circle and then left to proceed along the Main Road.
5. At the traffic circle, Woolworths will be on your left and the Hotel is on the right hand side. Turn right here into the parking area of the hotel.
