The Time Out Café at the HPC Hotel and Conference Centre features an a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner while buffet breakfast is also available. The outdoor patio can seat up to 50 guests from where views over the swimming pool can be enjoyed. The cafe also features 24 hour televised sports coverage and snack platters can be made to order.
The Hotel is situated on the University of Pretoria’s sports grounds. The centre manages the intellectual development of sport teams and facilities while many popular sporting events are held on these grounds. Guests also have full access to the 25m heated swimming pool and the sport-science gym.
The Tuks Golf Training Center is also open to the public and facilities include a driving range, putting green, chipping green and coaching studios. All of the golfing facilities are flood lid. Junior golf programs are also on offer and packages can be tailor made to suit corporate clinics for clients.
The Nashua Auditorium seats 51 delegates on built-in tables set in schoolroom style seating. This conference venue features modern audio-visual equipment and big screen match viewing.
The Legacy Conference room seats up to 60 delegates in schoolroom style or 30 delegates in u-shape seating. The room is ideally suited for team meetings, training sessions, product launches and promotions. Refreshments and meals can be served on the patio overlooking the swimming pool.
The boardroom is suitable for groups of up to 12 delegates as well as for small groups, workshops and meetings.
The Lockers offer team accommodation with various room types configured to sleep singles, sharing or up to four guests in bunk beds for younger sporting teams.
