The Fairway Spa, which is nestled between the golf club and the hotel rooms, is a wonderful destination for relaxation. The spa offers eleven treatment rooms and is spacious enough to cater towards small pamper party groups or corporate groups. A hair salon and nail bar as well as a hydrotherapy section can also be found at the Fairway Spa.

The Fairway Hotel & Golf Resort in Randburg, Johannesburg, offers a variety of conference facilities including two conference rooms (Windsor I and II) which can be joined together to create one large conference venue which can seat up to 170 delegates. Three 10 seater boardrooms are set next to the Windsor Conference Rooms which are ideal for breakaway rooms or they can be joined to form a 72-seater venue. These boardrooms at the Fairway Hotel open onto the Vista cocktail deck with sunset views of the golf course.
