- Rhino Room 1 and 2 combined: seats 140 people for a banquet, 100 pax in u-shape style seating, 120 people classroom style and 180 delegates cinema style seating
- Mashai Room 1 and Mashai Room 2: seats 25 delegates in u-shape seating, 30 pax in classroom seating and 50 pax cinema style

Directions from Durban:
1. Take the N3 past Pietermaritzburg.
2. Just before Howick take the off ramp to the left marked Underberg/Bulwer R617.
3. Follow the signs to Bulwer on the R617 all the way to Underberg.
4. Go through the town of Underberg, you will pass the Country Club on your right.
5. about 4km outside Underberg you will see a large signboard indicating a right turn to Drakensberg Gardens Resort.
6. Follow the 29km tarred road until you will arrive at the Hotel. The journey takes approximately 3 hours.
Directions from Johannesburg:
