Clico Restaurant
The Clico Restaurant does not provide a set menu. Every day, the chef creates new and extravagant menus for guests, based on their requests or on what he feels like creating that day. Guests may enjoy fine French cuisine at Clicos, which is always prepared with the freshest of ingredients. The chef's favorite main dish is line fish poached in the traditional French way, with white wine, carrots, onion, bay leaves and a buttery béarnaise sauce, and served with a light Chardonnay. Breakfasts at the Hotel are a selection of cereals, yogurts, croissants and muffins, followed by a hot breakfast tailor-made for your tastebuds. Lunch is available on request.
