The award-winning Executive Chef at this restaurant had to create a unique menu for this very particular space and as a result sees the introduction of Peter's new conceptual cuisine. The Greenhouse provides a stunning tasting menu, where every dish is a surprise and is sure to leave an impression. The stylish Conservatory Restaurant is situated next to the cellar and carefully built around a giant 300-year-old oak offering unparalleled garden vistas, whether guests opt for the indoors or the sun-drawn terrace. The friendly service is always attentive and unassuming and, of course, what dining experience would be complete without the perfectly selected wine.
The Cape Malay Experience was opened in 1997 when the owner decided to showcase the Cape's unique cuisine to both local and international visitors. This local cuisine restaurant is a unique dining experience in original Cape Malay food, and exciting choice of taste traditional treats awaits you. The cooking is exclusive to the Western Cape and is open to trying seven days a week, during high season.
The Bar offers both afternoon tea and possibly a first martini in this very chic and modern environment. At night space is transformed into a sophisticated place to be seen, where guests can sample any one of the 227 cocktails or the signature drink, the martini, of which there are 153 on the menu, making this one of the world's longest martini lists. The 9 Premier Suites are in different areas of the Hotel to which two can be found in the Main House. One Suite is located upstairs and provides views of the terrace and water garden. However, the other is based on the ground floor and extends into the swimming pool and garden area.
