This December, the Garden Route will take centre stage as some of the biggest names in international sport descend on Fancourt for an extraordinary celebration of golf, sporting legends and entertainment.
From 11–13 December 2026, the inaugural Icons Cup South Africa will be hosted on the legendary The Links at Fancourt, bringing together an exceptional line-up of sporting icons for a unique team golf showdown.
Team South Africa, captained by golfing legend Ernie Els, will face Team World, led by renowned Spanish golfer José María Olazábal. The first announced players include sporting greats such as AB de Villiers, Fourie du Preez, John Terry and Brian Lara, with further international stars expected to join the field.
