The Villa is on Tree Road which is a quiet suburban road in Camps Bay, so there is little street noise. You can walk to the beach which is 650 meters away and about a 15 min walk, coming back may take a bit longer as it is uphill. The villa is managed by the Bay Hotel so you can be guaranteed that their housekeeping is on the same level as their 5-star hotel.

The outdoor area has Barbeque facilities, comfortable outdoor furniture and a cascading swimming pool with direct access to the dining room. The lounge has sea views and a large wood-burning fireplace. The villa has great amenities such as satellite televisions in all the rooms and a modern sound system. The Gym, with the latest equipment to keep you in shape during your holiday escapades and completes this luxurious villa. The kitchen is modern and finished with granite worktops and stocked with all the necessary equipment to cook up a storm.
