The Monte Vista Boutique Hotel located in the picturesque historical tourist hub of Montagu, situated along the famous Route 62 in the Little Karoo, South Africa.

A well kept one-acre garden, two relaxing swimming pools and spectacular views of the Langeberg mountains within easy walking distance of several fine restaurants and cafés, museums, historical buildings and an array of art galleries.

Twenty-two rooms available each carefully decorated to match their surroundings. The “Afri-chique” en-suite bedrooms, some of which offer their own private veranda’s and one includes a wheelchair-friendly suite.

Montagu is famous for its hot mineral springs, colourful mountain formations, perfect for rock-climbing enthusiasts and hikers alike, and its tasty fruit growing industry. Visits to the fruit factory, a trip on the tractor ride up the mountains a swim in the springs pools, are all readily organised from the hotel.
