Little piece of heaven, to escape from the rat race and refresh and more importantly, special memories of a wonderful Christmas in the mountains.

Not sure on some of the reviews but what we experienced was that the team put on an incredible effort to give families a memorable experience, they spared nothing including personal attention to every guest and their needs.

We travelled with a 22-month-old baby and he was given the best attention by all the staff – especially in the dining room.
Even when he was sick, the General Manager, Ken was more than helpful in arranging for him to see a doctor. Thoroughly caring. Thank you

The food was delicious and a wide variety too!

Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious. What a pleasure that they were serviced every day – even on Christmas morning.

View from our rooms was amazing – and we stepped out onto lovely, manicured gardens.

The new Management Team were extremely helpful and kind, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.

In summary, beautiful scenery, friendly and professional service and great food.

I wish the new Management Team all the very best in the near future.

We will be back - thank you so much!
