Located in the select northern suburbs of Johannesburg, The Westcliff is easily accessible from the city and Johannesburg International Airport. On arrival at the hotel there is valet parking. The hotel's limousine service may be arranged to transport guests from Johannesburg International Airport and to the Rovos Rail and Blue Train embarkation points. A complimentary shuttle takes visitors to the elegant shopping districts of Sandton, Hyde Park and Rosebank.

The Westcliff is fully equipped to handle incentive and business groups, board meetings and special events. Two of the four available rooms may also be used as private dining rooms, accommodating up to 12 people, with spectacular views across the elevated pool deck.
