Introducing Mount Edgecombe

Mount Edgecombe is located 3 kms from Umhlanga, 15 kms from Durban and 35 kms from the Durban International Airport in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.  Set in the rolling hills of KwaZulu Natal, just inland of Umhlanga, the magnificent Mount Edgecombe Country Club & Golf Course provides conference venues, restaurants, golf tuition, golf practise facilities, tennis, squash and bowling clubs.

The Mount Edgecombe Country Club is home to two championship golf courses which are referred to as Mount Edgecombe One and Mount Edgecombe Two. Both these golf courses feature their own clubhouses. Mount Edgecombe’s Course One, formerly the Hullets Country Club, was redesigned by Hugh Baiocchi and is home to a residential estate. This is one of the few golf courses in South Africa which has been designed to USGA specifications.

Mount Edgecombe Two's Club House overlooks the Pani Dam where fish eagles can be seen. Mount Edgecombe Two Golf Course is very undulating and different from the Mount Edgecombe One Golf Course, with indigenous bush in places, although it also has its share of imposing water hazards.
