The stunning mountain views, the wonderful landscaped gardens and the song of the many varieties of Cape birds that can be found in the vineyard’s garden are just a few of the pleasures to be enjoyed while contemplating an utterly delicious garden lounge menu offering the likes of smoked Franschhoek salmon trout, char grilled Karoo lamb cheese burger and braised belly of Dubanville pork. The dessert menu features such indulgences as baked Lindt chocolate tart and lemon sponge pudding.

The state of the art Health & Fitness Centre at the Vineyard Hotel in Newlands, Cape Town, includes the inviting Splash Cafe designed in tones of pale honey with accents of aquamarine.
The Splash Cafe offers a fabulous healthy menu with the likes of mediterranean tappas and splash caprese salad. The most wonderful smoothies are also offered on this menu.
This impressive setting within the beautiful gardens of the Vineyard Hotel & Spa makes the Splash Cafe the ideal venue for small business functions. Marimba Bands or other entertainers are available on request and special function menus can be organized.

Splash Cafe breakfast is available during summer, from December to mid April. This delicious three course menu consists of starters, mains and dessert and is served with tea, coffee, fruit juice and toast.

Splash Cafe lunch is served from 11h30 until 15h30. This fresh a la carte menu offers you a wonderful selection of light lunches and desserts. Enjoy a simple lamb burger served with a cocktail sauce or a treat of grilled prawns with basmati rice, garlic butter and fresh lemon.

The Myoga Restaurant, situated in the beautiful Vineyard Hotel & Spa in Newlands, boasts a striking mountain view, complemented by an exquisite interior by top international designer Les Harbottle. The decor has been carefully created to ensure an ambience that is welcoming and relaxed.
The restaurant, which showcases a contemporary fusion cuisine, opened its doors in 2007 and was voted into the Top 100 New Restaurants in the World by Conde Naste Traveller. Mike Bassett is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and has won many South African awards, including numerous Eat Out Top 10 awards as well as 5 star chef awards and Restaurant of the Year by House and Leisure Magazine.
Dinner at the Myoga Restaurant at The Vineyard Hotel
Myoga, which means ginger blossom, offers a fusion cuisine menu which entices the mind, excites the eye and tantalises the taste buds to new extremes. It is what the chef calls an “east meets west” menu as it crosses a multitude of cultures and flavours.
In addition, the restaurant offers a signature 6 Course Menu with 5 options per course. Wine packages constructed by the hotel's sommelier offer the opportunity to enjoy some of South Africa’s finest wines with the Special Menu.
Myoga has an extensive wine list, winning a Diners Club International Platinum Best New Entry for Wine List of the year 2008 and a Diamond Diners Club International Award. The hotel also boasts their own private cellar, which seats a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 guests. The cellar offers a quaint ambience, with a dimly lit chandelier hanging from a low ceiling, candlelight and soft background music.

The Square Restaurant at the Vineyard Hotel & Spa in Newlands, Cape Town, is a magnificent glass roofed restaurant with tranquil green surrounds. The indoor trees make one feel in tune with nature and creates an intimate atmosphere, which compliments the superb cuisine.
