Simola Golf Course
The Simola Golf Course in Knysna, designed by Jack Nicklaus, was opened by the “Golden Bear” himself in September 2005 and also boasts magnificent views of the Knysna lagoon.
Pezula Championship Golf Course
The Pezula Championship Course is situated in one of the most spectacular locations in South Africa. Situated atop the famous Knysna Heads, the high vantage point allows for majestic panoramic views. On one side lies the tranquil Knysna lagoon and the other side is the Indian ocean.
Knysna Golf Club
The Knysna Golf Club is nestled on the shores of the Knysna Lagoon and close to the looming Knysna Heads. The 18-hole course meanders through tidal pools and between magnificent indigenous trees. An interesting parkland layout which has been enhanced over the past ten years, it has some of the best bent grass greens in the Southern Cape.
Goose Valley Golf Estate
The Goose Valley Golf Course, designed by Gary Player, is classified as a links / parklands course and has earned its reputation as an immaculately manicured and challenging 18 hole golf course. Situated just 5km from The Plettenberg hotel, this course is one of golfers' favourites.
