We were asked to give some of the hotels satisfaction ratings on departure and my point in writing to you is to say if we had to score your ( South African Tourism Company) ability, helpfulness and commitment to looking after us it would be 11/10!
One point to mention is that although we were desperately trying to get back to Cape Town to avoid the rain in Plettenberg Bay, we are so pleased that we had to go to Simola in the end.
It is really lovely and the staff were a delight. The room we had was in fact a large one bedroom suite overlooking the golf course. It was spacious and very comfortable. The golf course was excellent, just challenging enough without being impossible, as Pezula was ! The staff made us, and indeed everyone, feel very welcome and had the right balance of formality and friendliness. We certainly recommend it.
