Das Rusthof Guest House ist umgeben von einem ruhigen, schattigen Garten. Die Gästezimmer sind geräumig und luxuriös, je mit eigenem Bad, Bettwäsche aus reiner Baumwolle und Bademänteln. Jedes der Zimmer hat einen eigenen Charakter; aber überall gibt es den Komfort einer Fußbodenheizung (auch im Badezimmer) sowie Klimaanlage und je einen eigenen Eingang vom Garten her. Verweilen Sie bei einem üppigen Frühstück in dem im südfranzösischen Stil gehaltenen Frühstücksraum und verbringen Sie dann entspannende Stunden am Pool. Auch der Besuch der reizenden kleinen Bistros und Galerien sowie eine Shoppingtour sind in Franschhoek lohnend. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Besonderheit sind Führungen, auf denen Wein und verschiedene Feinschmecker-Spezialitäten verkostet werden können.
