Dining and Cuisine
Formal dining in the heart of the wildlife reserve Dining at the Oceana Lodge is one of the highlights of the guest's stay. The gourmet five-star cuisine is served in the Great Room of the Lodge. After dining, guests are invited to relax and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Oceana's true old-world pub with its extensive wine cellar and adjoining cigar room.
Directions to the Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve
The Oceana Lodge is situated 9km East of Port Alfred on the R72.
From East London:
Take the R72 towards Port Alfred for approximately 130 km and turn left at the Oceana sign. Follow the paved road, through the gate until reception is reached
From Port Elizabeth:
Follow the N2 and take the R72 exit through Alexandria, Kenton on Sea and Port Alfred. Turn right at the Ocean sign, approximately 9 km outside of Port Alfred. Follow the paved road, through the gate until reception is reached.
Room Types
The suites at the Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve in South Africa offer privacy, serenity and opulence in equal measure, from the moment guests enter the peaceful reserve until they leave, Oceana's guests are the richer for the experience. Situated below the main building is the Games room at Oceana which includes a Pool table, shuffle board, internet facilities.
Adjacent to this are 3 Lodge Suites each of which is equipped with a private deck providing beautiful views of the bush and ocean. The Lodge Suites at the Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve provide a king sized bed, a lounge area, bathroom with shower and a jet bath. The minibar and coffee/tea station is situated in the games room.

The luxurious Private Ocean House at the Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve can accommodate a minimum of 4 adults and a maximum of 6 guests.
The Ocean House is a three bedroom house, with sole use of its facilities. The rooms all have king size beds and a deck around the front of the house with views over the bush and ocean as well as a heated Jacuzzi plunge pool.

The Ocean Suites at the Oceana Beach and Wildlife Reserve are free standing units, beautifully placed amongst trees and provide a private deck with spectacular ocean and bush views.
The spacious and luxurious Ocean Suites feature a king sized bed, sleeper couch, his bathroom (Double showers), her bathroom (jet-bath), a coffee/tea station as well as a minibar. In this suite at Oceana, there is space to put an additional bed for the 3rd child.

Rock Pool with sun loungers
