The Centurion Lake Hotel features the Brunos Restaurant, Bar and Deli - a new dining concept offering a delicious menu and a wonderful array of deli delights to hotel guests and visitors alike.
The hotel, which has long been Centurion's favourite business and leisure hotel, is the first of Legacy Hotels & Resorts' hotels to open a Brunos concept restaurant which the group plans to expand throughout its properties.
In naming this restaurant concept, Legacy has paid homage to an industry legend - the late Bruno Corte, Legacy Hotels & Resorts International's former managing director. Bruno formed an integral part of many people's lives with his unbelievable passion for great food and excellent service. The hotel has produced a buffet menu that certainly would have met all his expectations with dishes including chicken rotisserie, stirfry and fresh line fish daily. For dessert, the chef has included the hotel's famous ice-cream and home-made chocolate sauce.
Brunos Restaurant at the Centurion Lake Hotel in Pretoria is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, seating up to 122 guests. A full English breakfast is available, as well as an interactive lunch and dinner buffet. An à la carte menu is also available and private functions can be catered for as well. Brunos also has a selection of exclusive wines available from the wine cabinets.
The Deli is open daily from early mornings to late afternoon offering guests fresh breads, croissants, baguettes, pastries, a selection of juices and coffees and an array of cold meats and cheeses. Newspapers, fresh flowers and Melissa's and Nomu products, including rubs and seasonings, are also available.
