We arrived back home safe from the comfort of the Hotel. The location is excellent, friendliness was excellent actually all the listed were excellent ( location, friendliness, cleanliness, value for money, overall impression).
I suggest your staff improve on communication amongst themselves we almost missed our flight, because the night attendant seem not to have advised the next attendant about our request for the Taxi to the airport in the morning of the 30th Dec 2011. Thank God the driver of the Taxi which we eventually got managed to catch up.
Looking forward to stay at the Cape Milner Hotel next time we come around.
