Conveniently located on the ground floor, close to Reception, the Boardroom at the Cape Grace Hotel features double French doors opening to a terrace with views of Signal Hill, Table Mountain and the yacht marina. This facility is ideally suited to small, intimate gatherings and successfully serves as a meeting and private dining venue.
It is rectangular in shape with a fixed centre table and can accommodate up to 14 people; with full presentation equipment set up, seating is reduced to 12 people. The use of the Boardroom is complimentary for hotel residents.
The Communication Centre on the Ground Floor contains a private Meeting Room that can accommodate small half day meetings of up to 6 people around a fixed, round centre table. The use of the Meeting Room is complimentary for Cape Grace residents. For guests not staying in the hotel, a venue hire is applicable per hour. Wonderfull hotel, with the best location in Cape Town right on the water at the V&A Waterfront. Competent and profesional staff. Great services and sumptuous breakfast.
We definately love it! I have been there with my wife and two children, on january of 2012 for four nights (I wish it could have been longer!!). We had a spacious Two Bedroom Suite which is ideal for Families. The Cape Grace Hotel also offers kids activities and facilities which was great for us.

It was our fourth time there and not disappointed. Rooms, service, cleanliness, food all superb. Huge choice for breakfast, probably the best we've seen. When taken to our room, it smelled slightly and without hesitation we were relocated - and upgraded - with free coffee while we waited for the room to be finished. Can't speak highly enough of the service.
Hotel Room Tip: All rooms have nice views - some waterfront facing and some mountain / yacht harbour facing with views of Table Mountain. Spectacular!
