The AM house is themed of a villa in Southern France and located in Waterkloof in Pretoria; AM Milner Guesthouse is a small, modern hotel with a great swimming pool and loads of free WiFi throughout. The climate-controlled rooms have a big screen TV and ensuite bathroom with bathtubs, and some have a patio.

The guest house is in quite an upmarket neighbourhood with Jacaranda lined streets with excellent security. The meal is prepared by the chef in the beautiful dining room. Various outside seating areas in the manicured garden can be booked for a small group.
