Kitchen Sessions at The Cellars-Hohenort

The award winning Group Executive Chef for The Collection by Liz McGrath and Relais & Chateaux Grand Chef Mr Peter Tempelhoff and his team have launched an exciting series of kitchen sessions at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel and Spa in August and September 2014, Cape Town.

These ‘must attend’ kitchen sessions will see Peter and head Chef Delia Harbottle sharing their tips and techniques for the perfect Italian favourites, seafood made easy, balancing flavours, textures, the importance of wine pairing and creating a high-tea feast to wow!  Each class is two hours and will include lunch at The Conservatory at The Cellars. Booking is essential as there are only 20 places at each course.

Italian from Scratch

One of the world’s favourite cuisines is explained and demystified with a look into Italy’s classic dishes. This class will teach you the basics so that your next pasta or risotto is as good as a professional chef’s. Learn to make gnocchi from scratch and the perfect tomato ragu.
