Braai / barbeque enthusiasts have the opportunity to join South African celebrity chef Reuben Riffel for a delicious braai celebration at the charming, country style Bartholomeus Klip in the Riebeek Valley, when he will fire up a Terroir to Table feast in preparation for National Braai Day on Saturday, 13 September.
Located on one of the biggest sheep and wheat farms in the Western Cape, South Africa, spreading over 10,000 hectares of private nature reserve, the Bartholomeus Klip Country Retreat can be reached from Cape Town within only one hour.
Chef Reuben will be joined by resident chef and author, Mrs Louise Gillett, to share delicious tastes and tricks straight from the open fire of a braai. Together, this blazing braai-duo will let guests in on a few smokin’ hot secrets to master this ultimate South African pastime.
